Has been involved with the meat trade for over 40 years, and is a fully qualified Master Butcher with various awards for his skills
As the Manager Ricky is fully qualified in all aspects of the meat trade,and has completed his H.A.C.C.P. course allowing our premises to be accredited. Ricky has been with the company for 11 years.
Handles all cooking of our pies, hams, roast pork, and all other meats we cook ourselves, Also assisting with our shop sales.
Makes sure all deliveries are checked and dispatched in time for our customers' specification
Craig handles all our catering sales. He is a key member of our company with 9 years' experience.
Phillip comes to us with over 20 years experience in the meat trade and contributes to the smooth running of the retail and catering sections.
Simon is a fully qualified butcher, involved with the shop and catering business, and has returned to Finemeats recently.
